Robe noire très soutenu, violacée presque encre. Nez puissant et un peu réduction de la Syrah qui a besoin d'aération. Larges senteurs poivrées, cassis et violette. Pointe de musc. Bouche sauvage, pleine de fougue qui a besoin de s'assagir, notes de plantes médicinales, de camphre et d'olives noires. Un peu de patience je pense ! Appareance

Black colour, dark, ruby red highlights. Fondu, saturé d’épices, de plantes aromatiques, de Zan et de fruits confits, le nez ne laissera personne indifférent. Plantureuse, parfumée, chaleureuse, épaisse, la bouche non plus. Un vin riche et voluptueux, taillé pour affronter un curry d’agneau (peu relevé) 2 Tulipes 2021

Nose

Oaky, fruity, violet aromas, black fruit aromas, red fruit aromas, blackberry aromas, spice aromas, guarrigue aromas, black pepper aromas, oak aromas.

Palate

Elegant, rich, satiny, black fruit hints, black pepper hints, oak hints, fine tannin, round, structured body, good intensity, long length. Decanter 2019 Bronze 88/100 A very ripe, peppery/ black olive style of Syrah with liquorice aromatics. Good intensity, with a nice purity of fruit. Juicy acidity. Une Syrah très mûre, avec un style poivrée /olive noire, aux arômes de réglisse. Bonne intensité, avec une belle pureté de fruit. Acidité juteuse.
