Robe rubis éclatante et limpide avec quelques notes grenat. Nez plaisant, d'identité sudiste (garrigue) qui se mêlent à des parfums de fruits noirs gorgés de soleil. L’aération ajoute des parfums de salaison sur un fond fumé et épicé. En bouche, l’attaque franche et charnue, juteuse de fruit et de réglisse. La structure et la chair enrobe une charpente présente. L’ensemble est équilibré avec un support acide qui donne du relief. Finale ferme qui va se patiner sur des touches épicées et fruitées.
