Le Colombard est un cépage d'origine des charentes. Il est utilisé pour obtenir un vin de base qui est distillé pour donner le Cognac. Nous avons choisi de le planter pour son acidité naturelle. C'est un raisin qui nous permet d'avoir un vin frais sur des notes de pommes vertes et légèrement citronnées. C'est le vin de vos apéritifs, pour vos crustacés et fruits de mer. Bonne dégustation!
